Although we patrol for prettiment from southern California, we love to find cool sites and companies around the world. Our latest fab find is Biome Lifestyle in the U.K. -- you know, just a little hop over the Rockies, a skip across Appalachia and a jump over The Pond. The company specializes in more stylish and eco-friendly products and decor for the home.

What caught our eye were the happy-cute, pink-and-black butterfly vases among the spread of eco-friendly products they offer. The vases are "made from 100% post-consumer recycled glass, brought to the U.K. by sea-freight from Spain, thereby minimizing carbon emissions in transport." Of course, if you live on our side of The Pond, shipping may offset the eco-savings, but if you're not... Well, pick us up two if you happen to be coming back through La La Land sometime soon anyway.
